Jornaya Pricing and What a Jornaya Contract Costs Lead Buyers
Jornaya does not publish a price list. Verisk, which owns Jornaya, sells LeadiD, TCPA Guardian and its Activate data products on custom annual contracts. Buyer data on Vendr shows a median contract of about $312,000 per year, with reported deals from roughly $150,000 to more than $900,000. Small and mid-size lead buyers usually pay far less for consent proof alone, but they still need a quote.
Jornaya Pricing and What a Jornaya Contract Costs Lead Buyers
What you are actually paying for with Jornaya
Jornaya started as LeadiD, a script publishers place on lead forms that records the consumer's session and issues a unique lead identifier. Verisk bought the company in 2021 and now sells it under Verisk Marketing Solutions. When people search for Jornaya pricing, they are usually pricing one of three things.
| Jornaya product | What it does | Who pays |
|---|---|---|
| LeadiD (Journey) | Script on the publisher's form that records the session and creates the lead ID | Typically no fee for the publisher placing the script |
| TCPA Guardian | Checks a lead ID in real time and returns whether consent language, a seller name and a disclosure were present, with visual playback | Lead buyers, per query or in a contracted bundle |
| Activate and other data products | Signals that a consumer is shopping for insurance, mortgage, auto and similar products | Carriers, lenders and large buyers on annual contracts |
The large contract values buyers report come mostly from the data products. A call center that only wants TCPA Guardian checks on purchased leads is negotiating a smaller and different deal, but the sales process is the same: a demo, a volume estimate and a custom quote.
How much does Jornaya cost per year
Because Verisk does not publish rates, the only public numbers come from procurement platforms that aggregate real purchase orders. As of October 2026, Vendr's Jornaya page reports these figures.
| Source | Figure reported | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Vendr, median buyer | About $312,000 per year | Typical enterprise contract, often with data products |
| Vendr, low end | About $150,000 per year | Smallest deals in its data set |
| Vendr, high end | About $925,000 per year | Large carriers and networks with broad scope |
| TrustRadius and G2 | No pricing listed | Vendor provides quotes only |
Treat these as a read on the enterprise market, not on what a 20-seat call center will pay. Vendr's sample skews toward companies large enough to use a procurement platform. If you only need consent verification on a few thousand leads a month, expect your quote to be built on query volume rather than a six-figure platform fee, and ask for it in writing per query so you can compare it with alternatives.
What drives a Jornaya quote up or down
A Jornaya quote moves on the same handful of levers as most usage based data contracts. Know them before your first call with sales.
- Monthly query volume. TCPA Guardian is priced by the number of lead IDs you check, so give a realistic 12-month forecast rather than your peak month.
- Product bundle. Adding Activate or other data signals is where contract values jump from five figures to six.
- Contract length. Multi-year commitments usually lower the unit price but lock you in when your lead mix changes.
- Minimum commitment. Many contracts set an annual floor you pay even if volume drops, so model a slow quarter.
- Publisher coverage. A lead ID is only useful if your vendors place the script. If half your sources do not run it, you are paying for checks you cannot make.
Contract renewal dates matter as much as price. Put the term, the minimum and the auto-renewal notice window into your contract management software the day you sign, so the renewal does not roll over before you have compared options.
Jornaya vs TrustedForm on price
TrustedForm is the other name lead buyers compare, and it publishes its rates. ActiveProspect charges per lead for Retain, which stores a certificate for five years, from $0.15 falling to $0.08 per third-party lead, and the same range for Verify. A buyer retaining and verifying 10,000 third-party leads a month pays roughly $2,460 before storage. Our TrustedForm pricing breakdown has the full table and worked examples.
| Factor | Jornaya | TrustedForm |
|---|---|---|
| Published prices | No, quote only | Yes, per lead tiers |
| Pricing model | Custom annual contract | Pay as you go, or contract at $24,000 a year and up |
| Consent check product | TCPA Guardian | Verify |
| Certificate storage | Set in the contract you negotiate | Retain plus $0.0002 per certificate per month |
| Best for | Large buyers that also want shopping signals | Buyers that want to start without a contract |

When a flat subscription costs less than Jornaya
If your goal is proof of consent and pre-dial checks, not consumer shopping data, a fixed monthly plan is easier to budget. ConsentVerified publishes every price. Growth costs $499 per month, or $249 per month billed yearly ($2,988 a year), and includes 50,000 consent certificates, 25,000 lead verifications, 50,000 DNC scrubs and 3 years of retention. Scale costs $1,299 per month, or $649 billed yearly, with 150,000 verifications and 5 years of retention.
| Monthly need | ConsentVerified plan | Yearly cost |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 1,000 verifications | Starter | $888 billed yearly |
| Up to 25,000 verifications | Growth | $2,988 billed yearly |
| Up to 150,000 verifications | Scale | $7,788 billed yearly |
| Up to 500,000 verifications | Enterprise | $17,988 billed yearly |
The trade-off is honest: ConsentVerified does not sell in-market shopping signals, and a lead ID from a vendor running only the Jornaya script cannot be checked in our system. It fits buyers who can ask vendors to capture consent with our snippet, or who run their own forms. See the Jornaya alternative page for the full side by side, and the call center page for how pre-dial checks work.
How to get a fair Jornaya quote
Ask for a per-query price for TCPA Guardian separately from any data product, so you can see what consent verification alone costs. Ask what happens when you go over or under the committed volume. Ask how long session records are kept and what an evidence export looks like when a demand letter arrives. And before the call, run your vendors' disclosures through the consent language checker: a lead ID proves a session happened, but it cannot fix wording that never named your company.
Jornaya pricing questions buyers ask
How much does Jornaya cost?
Jornaya does not publish prices. Its parent Verisk quotes each buyer on an annual contract. Vendr's buyer data shows a median of about $312,000 per year, with deals from about $150,000 to over $900,000, mostly from large buyers that include data products. Consent checks alone usually cost less.
Is Jornaya free for publishers?
In most arrangements publishers place the LeadiD script on their forms without paying, because the lead ID makes their leads easier to sell. The cost falls on buyers who query TCPA Guardian or buy Jornaya data. Confirm the terms in your own publisher agreement.
Does Jornaya charge per lead?
Jornaya contracts are usually built on the number of lead IDs a buyer checks, rolled into an annual commitment rather than a public per-lead rate. That is the main difference from TrustedForm, which lists per-lead prices for Retain and Verify.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Jornaya for TCPA consent?
Yes, for consent proof alone. TrustedForm publishes pay-as-you-go rates, and flat subscriptions such as ConsentVerified start at $888 a year with certificates, verifications, DNC scrubbing and evidence exports. Neither replaces Jornaya's shopping data if you rely on it.
