Contact ConsentVerified
Email [email protected] for product questions, billing help, data requests, or security reports. We reply by email; Scale and Enterprise plans include faster response terms. Complex requests may need further review before we can provide a complete answer.
Get help with your consent workflow
Tell us what you want to do, which part of the product you are using, and what happens when you try. For capture or verification issues, include the relevant page URL, the time of the event with its time zone, and a description of the result you expect. Remove consumer information from screenshots unless it is necessary to investigate.
If you have an account, write from your account email when possible. Include the certificate ID or verification reference when relevant, without attaching the full consumer record. We can arrange an appropriate way to share additional evidence if the investigation requires it.
Ask about a subscription or payment
Include your account email, plan name, and a short description of the billing question. If the request concerns an invoice, include its reference. Do not email payment card details, passwords, or authentication codes.
For a plan comparison, review pricing and plan allowances. For renewal and cancellation terms, read the Terms of Service. Email support if you need help understanding how those terms apply to your subscription.
Send a privacy or data request
Describe the data or right your request concerns and your relationship to the service. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority. Share only what is necessary for that verification.
If your information appears in a customer's lead record, that customer controls the record and the contact activity. Identify the business that collected your information if you know it. We help route requests to the responsible customer where appropriate and handle information under our control as described in the Privacy Policy.
Report a security concern privately
Email [email protected] with a description of the concern, the affected page or feature, and steps that help us understand it. Avoid including passwords, access tokens, or consumer records. Do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while investigating.
We review reports and may ask for further details through an appropriate channel. We reply by email, and Scale and Enterprise plans include faster response terms. Read security and data handling for an overview of the safeguards and access controls described for the service.
Keep legal decisions with your counsel
We can explain how ConsentVerified captures, checks, and stores evidence. ConsentVerified is a compliance tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Ask qualified counsel about the legal requirements that apply to your disclosures, lead sources, and intended contacts.
