TCPA compliance software for lead generators
Your buyers pay for leads they can contact, and they return the ones they cannot defend. ConsentVerified captures a consent certificate with the disclosure, seller list, and consumer action on every submission, then lets you check each lead before it ships. Fewer returns, faster buyer approvals, and an evidence file you can retrieve by phone number when a complaint arrives.
- Most returns trace back to evidence your form never recorded
- Check every lead before it leaves your system
- Fix the form wording before the traffic arrives
- Answer a demand letter with a record, not a search
- Keep SMS opt-ins and 10DLC records with the lead
- Questions lead generators ask before buying
- Start on Growth when you sell to several buyers
Most returns trace back to evidence your form never recorded
Buyers reject leads for a short list of reasons: the disclosure did not name them, the consent is too old, the phone number does not match the submission, or there is no proof of what the consumer saw. A screenshot of today's landing page does not answer any of those. A record made at submission does.
ConsentVerified runs a capture script on your form and stores the rendered disclosure, the sellers listed, the checkbox or button action, the timestamp, and the phone number submitted. Each submission gets a certificate ID you can send downstream with the lead. When a buyer asks why a lead was valid, you answer with the record rather than an explanation.
- Seller named: the record shows which companies the consumer agreed to hear from.
- Consent age: the timestamp shows how fresh the consent was at delivery.
- Phone match: the number on the lead matches the number captured on the form.
- Disclosure: the exact wording shown is stored and scored, not reconstructed later.
Check every lead before it leaves your system
The Lead Verification API checks a certificate against the phone number, named seller, consent age, and disclosure score. Put it between your form and your distribution engine, and hold anything that fails. You find the problem before the buyer does, and a failed lead costs you a fix instead of a chargeback or a lost relationship.
See the full workflow on the lead verification software page. Your buyers can also verify what you send with the same checks, which shortens their approval of a new source. Be clear in your contracts about which certificate type each buyer accepts. A ConsentVerified certificate does not replace a TrustedForm certificate or Jornaya token that a buyer requires by contract.
Fix the form wording before the traffic arrives
Run the exact disclosure through the consent language checker before you buy traffic. It flags missing seller names, unclear automated contact language, bundled consent, and wording that hides the agreement behind a link. Fixing a form costs minutes. Fixing a month of delivered leads costs credits and trust.
Review again whenever you add a seller to the list, change a button, or move the disclosure on the page. A seller added to your partner list is a change to the consent, not a footnote.
Answer a demand letter with a record, not a search
When a consumer claims they never agreed, the clock starts. Retrieve the record by phone number and export a PDF and JSON evidence package with the captured disclosure, sellers, action, and timestamp. Counsel gets one file instead of a week of digging through form builders and logs.
Retention follows your plan. The Evidence Vault keeps records for the period your plan defines, with legal hold on Enterprise when counsel asks you to preserve a set of records. A certificate is evidence of what happened on the form. It does not establish that the consumer never revoked consent later, so pair it with suppression and DNC scrubbing before any contact.
Keep SMS opt-ins and 10DLC records with the lead
If you generate leads for text programs, store the opt-in language and campaign records next to the certificate. Carriers and buyers ask for both. See SMS consent records and 10DLC compliance for how the records are kept and exported.
Questions lead generators ask before buying
Does a certificate stop buyers from returning leads
It removes the returns caused by missing proof. Buyers can still reject leads for quality, duplicates, or a seller that is not on their list, so keep your delivery rules and contracts clear.
Do I need a certificate on every form
Put one on every form that collects a phone number for calls or texts. Records made at submission are the only reliable proof of the disclosure that was shown that day.
Can buyers check my leads themselves
Yes. A buyer can run the same checks on the certificate ID you send, or apply their own acceptance rules in their intake workflow.
Is this legal advice
No. ConsentVerified is a compliance tool, not a law firm. Have counsel review your disclosure, seller list, and contact practices.
Start on Growth when you sell to several buyers
Starter at $149 per month ($74 billed yearly) fits one form or one buyer. Growth at $499 per month ($249 billed yearly) fits publishers and networks with several traffic sources and buyers, with 50,000 certificates and 25,000 verifications each month plus unlimited language audits. Scale at $1,299 per month ($649 billed yearly) covers high-volume networks. Compare the allowances on the pricing page, or look at how lead aggregators and the lead buyers on the other side of your deals check what you deliver.
Connect the capture script to your highest-volume form first, send the certificate ID with each lead, and turn on verification before distribution. Your first buyer return that does not happen pays for the month.
